Be Respectful of Other Members
Be respectful of other members and treat each other kindly. This site is a community that should be welcoming to any that wish to come and play and we don't except people that are repeatedly aggressive towards others. The following are subjects that require specific care when discussing.
Religion & Ethnicity: Any content that is deemed as an attack on an ethnicity or religion will be considered a serious break in Ninja Academy rules and result in an immediate suspension. In addition, any imposing of your religion onto any others is prohibited. We understand that you want to spread your religion, but we ask that you do not do so here. Discussions and opinions are allowed, but keep it civilized and remember to stay respectful towards each other.
Harassment: General harassment of any kind will not be tolerated. Harassment is considered multiple instances of rude or aggressive behavior, especially when asked to stop or leave the other member alone. This protection extends to contact to members outside of Ninja Academy, and members that harass other members in other walks of life can find disciplinary action taken against them on the site if need be.
Mature Content
All threads containing content suitable only for mature persons' requires a *mature content* or *warning* note tagged on the end of the thread title.
• Scantily clad (very little clothing) people
• Discussions involving sexuality.
• Disturbing content.
• Generally anything you wouldn't want someone under 18 years of age to view.
Spoilers
Spoilers for all series should be kept in appropriate sub forums and with appropriate warnings in the titles. The definition of a spoiler is subject to debate, however major plot points, deaths, and any other major twists or reveals being discussed in topics outside of the explicitly marked topics will be subject to discipline. There is no time limit for If in doubt, err on the side of caution. The greater the spoiler the greater the punishment that will follow. Our community is full of people who are extremely passionate about manga, anime, movies and TV. Please do not ruin an experience for another person that you have already had.
Signatures
Signatures must be of an appropriate size. They should never take up more than half of a screen or stretch the forum skin. This is up to staff discression and you may be asked to change your signature.
• Please keep in mind that you are in a community with other people and that your signature is available to be seen by all members.
• If a staff member requests for you to change your signature and you do not agree, please contact the head administrator to plead your case.
• Continued breeching of these rules will result in Disciplinary Actions; See Below.
Multiple Accounts
Having multiple accounts is strictly against NA rules. If you want a name change or need to make a new account for some reason you must inform an Admin and request an account be deleted.
Unacceptable Content
Unacceptable content is prohibited and includes, but is not limited to, anything that falls under the following categories:
• Excess Gore
• Copyrighted Work
• Rape
• Cybering
Software Piracy
Software piracy in any form is neither supported nor condoned by Ninja Academy. Any and all threads will be closed. Accordingly, Ninja Academy is not a file-sharing or file-hosting website. Please take it to PM.
Third Party Chats
The officially hosted general chats for Ninja Academy on third party systems (Skype, Discord, etc) are considered an extension of the website itself and is subject to all of the rules listed. It is an integral part of our community and it is subject to the same protections as the forum. Please conduct yourself on Skype as you would on the forum.
Discipline Actions
• Suspension - Usually a 7 to 14 day break from NA for repeatedly breaking these rules.
• Banishment - If you have completely crossed the line, or been suspended before, you will be subject to a ban from Ninja Academy.
Staff reserve the right to adjust punishments as they see fit based on the infraction.
